During the Covid-19 Pandemic we are experiencing extremely high call and email volume.  We ask for your patience during this time as we navigate through phone calls and emails with a reduced staff.
 

Please note that the entire country is experiencing a high demand for fitness equipment at this time. This has resulted in many products selling out with extended lead times.  In addition, most manufacturers are experiencing an increase in orders and trying to process and ship with a reduced work force has resulted in delays.  This is also happening with the freight companies that deliver the equipment to us.  We ask for your patience.

If you purchased equipment from us, your order has been placed.  Manufacturers are experiencing extremely high volume in orders and managing this with limited staff. Delays in receiving product are inevitable. Please know that we, at All American Fitness, are doing everything we can to get you your product.  As soon as we receive your product, we will notify you to schedule pick up or delivery. I need service on my fitness equipment. What should I do?
 
Our service department is open.  Please call 408-293-6699 ext. 140 to schedule a service appointment.  Please allow 48 hours for a response and note that the department is open M-F only. 
 
I am interested in purchasing fitness equipment for my home. What should I do?
 
Please complete the on-line inquiry form and be as detailed as possible.  A sales associate will call you or reply to your email as quickly as possible.  Please expect delays as we have limited staff at this time.
 
PLEASE NOTE, MANY PRODUCTS ARE OUT OF STOCK WITH 1 TO 3 MONTH LEAD TIMES.  WE  MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FULFILL YOUR FITNESS EQUIPMENT NEEDS AT THIS TIME BUT, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GIVE YOU ALTERNATIVES.
