Athletes of any fitness level can use the PB-Plyo Box series for forward, lateral, and other plyometric jumping drills. Use taller boxes in combination with shorter boxes for a variety of drills such as, high jumps with step downs, and progressive height jumping. Available in multiple heights, from 12-inch to 36-inch. Landing top is non slip or skid rubber surface. Stackable for easy storage.
